At Parsec, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Crane or Lift Equipment Mechanic to join our team in Columbus, OH. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining overhead cranes, side loaders, and chassis stackers.
Responsibilities:- Perform preventative and emergency maintenance on heavy equipment
- Inspect equipment for damage or failures and perform diagnostics and repair service
- Remove and replace damaged or defective components and operate support equipment
- Basic welding and cleaning the shop area
- Ensure all work is done in a safe and efficient manner
- Ability to lift in excess of 50lbs
- Open availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Possess personal tools to conduct repairs
- Valid Driver's License
- Experience with maintaining heavy equipment in the Construction, Transportation, or Intermodal Industry
