Job Summary:
The Employment Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and recording compliance requirements for field staff, ensuring full compliance with state, federal, and contract regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate applicants' hiring process to ensure compliance with regulations and contract requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance and scheduling.
- Work closely with Supervisory RN to schedule branch in-service training programs.
- Verify insurance accuracy and assist with scheduling field staff personnel.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma (some college preferred) and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a home health agency or 2 years of relevant record keeping experience. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential, as is basic computer literacy. Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are required. A valid NYS driver's license is necessary.
