Land Survey Technician

Job Title: Land Survey Technician
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Land Survey Technician to join our Surveying Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting field work for construction layout, topographic surveys, subdivision development, ALTA Land Title Surveys, and roadway projects.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct field work for construction layout, topographic surveys, subdivision development, ALTA Land Title Surveys, and roadway projects
- Review and follow project scope; maintain clear and accurate field notes and electronic data
- Ability to multitask, adhere to timelines and remain focused
- Perform physical tasks such as pounding stakes, setting monuments, clearing line, walking through a variety of terrain, carrying equipment, etc.
Requirements:
- Working Knowledge of GPS and Robotic Survey equipment
- Understanding of construction layout, topographic and boundary surveys, ALTA Land Title Surveys, and subdivisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in a variety of field conditions, temperatures and weather
- A valid driver's license
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MicroStation a plus, however not required
- High School diploma
- 1-2 years of related experience
