Key Responsibilities
As a Global Fund Finance Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing daily and monthly estimates and final fund NAVs.
  • Conducting NAV reconciliations with various third-party administrators.
  • Analyzing fund performance and investor allocations.
  • Ensuring client capital activities and related payments are accurately processed.
  • Reviewing and reconciling client capital statements generated by third-party administrators.
  • Collaborating with offshore teams to ensure timely preparation of initial NAV reviews and reconciliation files.
  • Reviewing the calculation of management and performance fees in accordance with fund governing documents.
  • Performing daily reviews of portfolio valuations, performance, and deal flow activities.
  • Evaluating cash availability to support the investment process.
  • Reviewing annual financial statements, investor communications, and reporting deliverables.
  • Generating customized client reports.
  • Assisting in initiatives aimed at streamlining performance analytics reporting.
  • Supporting the setup and launch of new products and funds.
  • Liaising with various Finance and Operations teams, including Middle Office, Pricing, Financial Reporting, and Compliance.
  • Assisting team members in addressing client and internal inquiries.
  • Contributing to the design and testing of system enhancements.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting or Finance.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in fund management, auditing, or administration.
  • Knowledge of private equity and/or hedge funds.
  • CPA certification is preferred.
  • Experience in the financial services sector is advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with fund accounting and operations.
  • Experience with accounting systems is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A collaborative approach to teamwork.

Compensation
The expected annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $125,000. Actual salary will be determined based on various factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and job location.
