Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate dental treatment plans for patients.
  • Advise patients on dental options and schedule appointments.
  • Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality.
  • Process patient payments and handle billing inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in health administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical or dental office setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using software systems, such as Open Dental.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 per year based on experience and location.
