Position Overview


Oryana Food Cooperative, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic individuals to become part of our vibrant 10th Street Cafe team. We are currently welcoming applications for both year-round, part-time, and full-time cafe staff positions.

The ideal candidates should be available to work until 7 PM and have some weekend availability.


Compensation


The starting wage for this position ranges from $15 to $16 per hour, with opportunities for a raise after 60 days of employment.

Both full-time and part-time employees enjoy a generous store discount of 25% on most purchases, along with additional benefits such as paid time off, Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, and a 401k plan with employer matching.


Requirements


Applicants must possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Previous experience in food preparation and/or customer service is preferred.

Availability on Sundays is a requirement for this role.


Salary Information


The starting salary for this position is $16.00 per hour.
