Technical Support Specialist

This challenging and rewarding position requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing top-notch customer service. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network systems for events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site during events using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with event planners to design and implement customized network solutions that meet client needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving technical issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT or telecommunications, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and HTTP.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Salary Range:
$60,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.
