About the Role

Cascade Drilling, LP is seeking a skilled Drilling Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our drilling crew, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining drill rigs, vehicles, and other equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drilling Operations: Drive, operate, and maintain drill rigs, vehicles, forklifts, skid-steers, and other equipment.
  • Teamwork: Work outdoors year-round within two or three-person crews, solving problems and working productively as a team.
  • Safety: Follow all safety policies and procedures, conduct pre-trip inspections, and maintain all required certifications and training.
  • Physical Labor: Perform physical labor, shoveling drilling debris, and transporting materials using proper lifting techniques.
  • Other Duties: Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Negative drug test, satisfactory results of a background check, valid Driver's License, and satisfactory results of a Motor Vehicle Report.
  • Medical Requirements: Obtain and maintain an interstate DOT Medical Card and meet all Federal Interstate FMCSA requirements to operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle.
  • Physical Abilities: Be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Authorization: Verify your legal right to work in the United States under the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA).
