- Evaluate patient progress and readiness for discharge, collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams as necessary.
- Administer prescribed medications, monitor vital signs, and offer emotional support to patients and their families.
- Ensure meticulous documentation of patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
