You will also be responsible for proposing enhancements to optimize the use of company resources, actively participating in executive meetings to present updates, and disseminating project information to stakeholders.

This role is highly visible, managing programs that have exposure up to the Senior Vice President level within the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure all deliverables are met within specified deadlines.
• Define the scope of requirements, including estimations for deliverables such as requirements and conceptual design tasks along with necessary documentation.
• Develop risk management strategies and maintain a risk register.
• Conduct regularly scheduled status meetings with stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication across various departments and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare communication strategies and plans for stakeholder engagement.
• Plan project deliverables, encompassing hardware, resources, and time allocation.
• Oversee projects from initiation through to closure.
• Drive critical cross-organizational programs within the Compute division.

Basic Qualifications
• A minimum of 5 years leading complex technical or engineering programs, ideally within the Cloud sector.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in program and project management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficient in representing engineering perspectives to partner organizations, product teams, and executive leadership.
• Capable of engaging with individuals and teams across diverse geographies and cultures.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with experience interacting with both business and Development/Engineering personnel at all levels, including executives.
• Strong analytical, planning, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Solid understanding of business needs, with the ability to build and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with cloud services, virtualization, or Software as a Service (SaaS) products.
• Self-motivated problem solver; adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
• Highly analytical and technically proficient, with a quick learning ability for new tools and software.
• Familiarity with agile software development practices and associated tools.
