At FASTSIGNS, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer service team. As a Senior Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service from quote to cash, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the customer experience from inquiry to delivery, ensuring high levels of quality and satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and maximize customer service and satisfaction through regular feedback and coaching.
  • Oversee project management processes to ensure on-time delivery and efficient resource allocation.
  • Facilitate daily production meetings with staff to review work in progress and address any concerns.
  • Manage inventory and purchasing processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Lead the inside and outside sales teams to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Resolve customer satisfaction issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including daily and weekly sales reports, royalties due, and direct marketing response tracking.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven leadership and management experience, preferably in a customer-facing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and vendors.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
  • Experience with project management software and tools, such as project planning, scheduling, and tracking.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
