As a Care Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining services to our residents, ensuring that every meal is a memorable experience. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with our culinary team will make you an invaluable asset to our community.

This is a full-time position, working Sunday through Thursday from 3:15 PM to 7:15 PM. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality service, are eager to learn and grow, and possess excellent organizational and time management skills, we encourage you to apply.

We offer a competitive salary range of $25-$35 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications. In this role, you will:

  • Provide exceptional dining services to residents, adhering to Sunrise Senior Living standards
  • Assist with training and development of our culinary team
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Participate in special events and activities, enhancing the overall resident experience
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to ensure seamless operations and resident satisfaction

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of experience in fine dining hospitality or senior living
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
