About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled LPN or LVN to join our team as a Medical Support Specialist at our Houston, TX facility. As a Medical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for determining donor eligibility, managing donor adverse events, and reviewing laboratory test results. You will also provide exceptional customer service to our donors and work closely with our medical staff to ensure the integrity of our plasma collection process.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in clinical or hospital settings, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to customer service. Key Responsibilities:

* Determine donor eligibility based on laboratory test results and medical history

* Manage donor adverse events and refer to center physician or medical affairs as needed

* Review laboratory test results and notify donors of unsuitable test results

* Provide exceptional customer service to donors and respond to their inquiries in a timely manner
