Job Title: Field Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Field Project Manager to join our team at Tailing Inspection And Training Services LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating field projects from conceptual development to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the torqueing and pressure testing process from conceptual development to completion.
  • Maintain accountability for project site compliance with all company and OSHA safety rules and regulations.
  • Attend customer daily safety meetings and facilitate corresponding Stranco safety meetings at job sites.
  • Manage and coordinate people, materials, equipment, schedules, contracts, and safety of employees at assigned field locations.
  • Manage and maintain all project-related documentation and provide HSE&T and Operations department with all pertinent information through the progress of the job.
  • Manage the activities of the Field/Document Control Technician who is responsible for project document control at assigned field locations.
  • Read, interpret, and analyze P&ID and ISO drawings.
  • Evaluate and determine appropriate torqueing and pressure testing methods that provide the project with the most cost-effective plan and schedule.
  • Verify that torqueing and pressure testing traceability is maintained during execution phase and to the extent of project SOPs.
  • Execute daily field ticket with proper validations while maintaining constant communication with project manager.
  • Oversee the delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment and quality performance of workers, worker productivity, and safety.
  • Submit performance feedback on field personnel as requested.
  • Obtain all necessary permits to perform daily work activities at assigned field locations.
  • Meet regularly with contractor and its onsite management team to monitor and coordinate all phases of the construction project.
  • Coordinate with project manager and supervise the preparation of test activity to ensure all deficiencies are identified and punch lists are prepared.
  • Document product nonconformance identified during the performance of assigned tasks and report conditions to the project manager.
  • Participate and review JSEA's and all other Safety, Health and Environmental Processes.
  • Use, maintain, and inspect equipment and materials properly.
  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors in field project locations.
  • Additional duties as assigned by Operations and HSE&T management staff.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 5-7 years' experience with project leadership in industrial setting.
  • Project Management certification or specialization preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills used internally and externally.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Strong organization and collaboration skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills especially Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), PC/Mac, and Outlook; budget and project tracking software experience preferred.
  • Regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and carry up to 30 lbs.
  • Proficient close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Regularly use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, speech, and hearing.
  • Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
