Job Title: Branch Manager

Regional Management Corp. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Job Summary:

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the branch, including leading team members, managing the branch's profit and loss statement, driving new loan growth, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of loan officers and support staff to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Manage the branch's budget and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive new loan growth and increase customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and community leaders
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure a high level of customer service and sales performance
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of management experience in consumer finance or a related field
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
