Key Responsibilities

  • Procure and order raw materials in purchasing, obtain quotes and compare them to ensure the best value for the company.
  • Plan and coordinate the incoming and outgoing of raw materials in logistics and shipping, and communicate with logistics service providers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support and advise customers in sales, create quotes and process orders to meet their needs.
  • Monitor payment inflows and outflows in accounting, record business transactions and gain insight into cost accounting and financial analysis.

Training Content

  • Tasks in the areas of purchasing, sales, shipping and logistics, and accounting.
  • Buying and selling of materials and goods, including negotiation and communication with customers and suppliers.
  • Processing of orders, logistical coordination of deliveries, and monitoring of payment inflows and outflows.

Requirements

  • A good secondary school leaving certificate is required.
  • Good knowledge in the subjects of mathematics, German and English is necessary.
  • A good understanding, being a team player and reliable, working carefully and accurately is essential.
