Job DescriptionAs a District Operations Manager - Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing daily operations of the district to achieve sales, profits, customer satisfaction, and human resource management objectives. You will ensure objectives are achieved while operating within all Company guidelines and following ethical business practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring proper staffing levels are achieved, diversity of management workforce, and monitoring crew and management labor availability.
- Developing subordinates to maximize their contributions and future promotion opportunities, providing restaurant management training and development using established systems and practices.
- Ensuring all food safety procedures are executed according to Company policies and health/sanitation regulations.
- Planning and conducting working restaurant visits to ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards are met.
- Maximizing sales goals versus budget and prior year, including the monitoring/execution of National and local marketing programs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of restaurant operations experience, with multi-unit restaurant management experience preferred.
- A High School diploma, with a College degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting, accounting, and administrative procedures.
- Ability to learn and apply the standard operating procedures of the Company, as well as HR Policies and Procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in Supervisory practices, Interviewing and identifying High Performing candidates, and knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local employment laws.
