About Club PilatesClub Pilates is a leading fitness studio chain dedicated to providing world-class Pilates services to its members. We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team and contribute to our mission of improving the community's health through accessible Pilates programs.
Job Description- We're looking for a sales professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- This role will require you to lead our sales team in achieving monthly targets while maintaining a positive and welcoming studio environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and leading a team to achieve company goals.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Competitive salary range ($16-$35/hour) and commission on individual sales.
