At Carta, we're on a mission to unlock the power of equity ownership for more people in more places. As an Account Executive on our Private Corporations team, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve this goal.

Our team is responsible for selling Carta's best-in-class software platform to early-stage companies, typically Series A and earlier. We're looking for a sales professional who can develop a comprehensive sales strategy and sales plan that ensures consistent achievement of quota attainment.

As a member of our team, you'll drive revenue through strategic outbound prospecting, understand customer needs and requirements, and surface those findings back to Carta. You'll also introduce early-stage companies and venture-backed founders to our software platform to help them streamline their equity management, stay compliant, and unlock liquidity in the private markets.

We're looking for ambitious, curious, yet humble individuals who are passionate about sales and customer success. If you're a self-starter who is comfortable with a fast-paced environment and can uplevel the team with a positive attitude and focus on collaboration, we'd love to hear from you.

Carta's compensation package includes a market-competitive salary, equity for all full-time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our minimum cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is $150,000 OTE in New York, New York and $150,000 OTE in San Francisco, California.
