Responsibilities:- Develop and implement change management strategies that support client goals and objectives
- Lead change management projects, including planning, execution, and assessment
- Collaborate with clients to design and deliver change management plans, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement
- Support business development activities, such as proposal development and pursuit activities
- Contribute to the development of methodologies and intellectual capital, including articles, whitepapers, and training efforts
- Minimum of three years of relevant work experience in change management, including communications, content development, training, and stakeholder engagement
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Experience in business transformation projects, including process improvement and change management
- Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices
- Ability to lead staff in conceptualizing change management strategies and developing high-quality deliverables
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues
- Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
- U.S. Government Secret clearance required
