Senior Associate, Federal Change Management

KPMG's Federal Advisory practice is seeking a Senior Associate to join our team. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in helping our clients navigate complex change management initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies that support client goals and objectives
  • Lead change management projects, including planning, execution, and assessment
  • Collaborate with clients to design and deliver change management plans, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement
  • Support business development activities, such as proposal development and pursuit activities
  • Contribute to the development of methodologies and intellectual capital, including articles, whitepapers, and training efforts
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of three years of relevant work experience in change management, including communications, content development, training, and stakeholder engagement
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Experience in business transformation projects, including process improvement and change management
  • Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices
  • Ability to lead staff in conceptualizing change management strategies and developing high-quality deliverables
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
  • U.S. Government Secret clearance required
