Position Overview:


The Financial Planning Analyst plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of InBloom Autism Services. This position is essential for identifying effective strategies and initiatives that align with our growth ambitions.

The role demands strong collaboration with team members across various levels of the organization, ensuring seamless communication and engagement with operational and clinical staff, as well as diverse departments within the Clinical Support Center (CSC).

The Financial Planning Analyst will provide critical financial insights that support informed and strategic business planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Finance Director to support the company's Budgeting and Forecasting processes, coordinating with Operations and CSC Departments to create metrics-driven, bottom-up projections.


Prepare and present the weekly cash flow alongside the projected 52-week cash flow, ensuring precision and alignment with financial goals.

Regularly update and refine Monthly/Weekly reports to deliver comprehensive insights into financial performance.

Conduct thorough analysis and trending of company performance, including:

Rate assessments

Payor Mix evaluations

Hours analysis

Market assessments


Collaborate with the Finance Manager to develop insightful dashboards that integrate financial and operational metrics, facilitating effective decision-making.


Assist the Controller during the monthly closing process as needed, contributing to the overall accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

Perform various Adhoc analyses as required, demonstrating adaptability and responsiveness to changing business needs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. MBA is preferred.

Two to three years of proven experience as a Financial Analyst, ideally within a healthcare or ABA context.

Proficient in managing large datasets, with expertise in advanced Excel functionalities. Knowledge of VBA is a plus.

Experience with SQL and Data Visualization tools is advantageous.

Strong analytical capabilities with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.

Proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools.

Work Environment

Noise Level is moderate to loud.

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
