Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Licensing: Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid insurance license.

Dependability: While we offer a highly flexible schedule, reliability is essential.

Communication Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

Sales Background: Previous sales experience, particularly in the insurance sector, is advantageous but not mandatory.

Client-Centric Approach: A sincere commitment to assisting clients and delivering exceptional service.

Self-Driven: Capability to work autonomously and take initiative.

If not already licensed, candidates must fulfill educational requirements (provided by Farmers Insurance).

Must successfully pass a background check.

Must have access to a Desktop PC or Laptop.
