About the Role

The Manager Trainee - Operations will be responsible for participating in a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a management role. You will work closely with our experienced team members to learn the ins and outs of our operations and develop your leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop skills and knowledge in operations management, leadership, and customer service
  • Work closely with experienced team members to learn the ins and outs of our operations
  • Develop leadership skills and knowledge to prepare for a management role
  • Contribute to creating life-changing medicines by maintaining exceptional quality and service standards
  • Travel opportunities to visit BioLife locations across the country
  • Foster an inclusive team environment and collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent amount of leadership experience (approximately 3 years)
  • Experience with supervising team members, including skills in coaching, developing, and holding performance management conversations
  • Travel requirements vary by program path
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Have a valid driver's license for the entire duration of the program

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with SOPs, GDP, GMP, CLIA, and the FDA
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment
