About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team at WSP. As a key member of our Applied Solutions practice, you will lead a team of technical resources to execute commercial and federal projects focused on environmental, sustainable, and remediation efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to achieve project objectives, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule goals are met.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their objectives and assemble teams to successfully achieve those objectives.
  • Perform project-related field tasks, attend key meetings, and coordinate with subcontractors.
  • Develop and maintain project-specific risk registers and proactively manage issues.
  • Track project expenditures and forecast estimated costs to completion.
  • Develop client and internal project reports to ensure projects are on schedule, on budget, and performed safely.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of relevant project management experience.
  • Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • Experience assembling and managing project teams to complete contract requirements.
  • Experience with construction plans and specifications, and relating that to project scope, schedule, and cost.
  • Self-motivated with excellent verbal/written communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to liaise between designers, owners, contractors, and end-users.
