Financial Operations Analyst

Position Summary:
The Construction & Realty Services Group (CRSG) is a prominent construction management organization that offers a variety of specialized construction services. With a reputation built through its operational entities such as Domani Inspections and Domani Consulting, CRSG provides essential administrative support to its B2B partners, encompassing services like Payroll, Billing, Accounts Payable, Analysis, Marketing, and IT.
As a Business Analyst, your primary focus will be to understand the intricacies of our operations and administration, subsequently challenging existing processes to enhance efficiency. This role is pivotal in connecting our operational teams, finance department, and IT, enabling you to present insightful recommendations and comprehensive reports to your supervising manager and, ultimately, the management team.
Department Objectives:
The department aims to consistently record metrics that not only reflect past financial performance but also drive improved fiscal outcomes in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough business analyses to identify challenges, opportunities, and viable solutions.
- Establish and uphold budgeting and forecasting frameworks.
- Monitor and refine existing metrics to identify inconsistencies or potential issues.
- Perform variance analysis comparing current revenue and net income against historical data and future projections.
- Detect potential risks or issues proactively.
- Ensure financial integrity by adhering to internal control measures.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- A degree in Business or Construction Management is essential.
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficient analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and consulting skills.
- Proficient in reporting and data analysis tools such as MS Excel, Tableau, and SQL.
