Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Account Manager

At Tidewater Landscape Management, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grounds Maintenance Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our commercial accounts and landscape crews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage commercial accounts and landscape crews to ensure excellent customer service and meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Provide leadership and initiative to ensure services are complete and client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Enforce all safety rules and complete regular training to stay within regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement effective project and time management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of prior commercial grounds maintenance customer service, management, and leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, clients, and team members effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as web-based applications.
  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Working Conditions:

The physical demands of this role include:

  • Sitting or standing for extended periods.
  • Walking on uneven surfaces or climbing stairs.
  • Using hands and arms to handle, feel, or reach.
  • Speaking and hearing.
  • Using vision abilities for close, distance, color, peripheral, depth, and focus.
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs independently.
  • Pushing and pulling equipment.

Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Moderate to loud noise level. Subject to outdoor weather conditions and exposure to animals and insects.
