About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Therapeutic In-Home Coach to join our team at RHA Health Services. As a Therapeutic In-Home Coach, you will work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health, and/or substance use needs to provide community-based intervention and prevention services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered coaching and support to individuals in their homes and community settings
  • Develop and implement crisis therapeutic interventions and communicate with primary caregivers
  • Contribute to comprehensive START services that collaborate with individual's primary provider and clinical home, community crisis services, family, and others
  • Offer consultation and hands-on education with entire family support system to create a safe, nurturing, and meaningful environment
  • Assist individuals with implementation of daily activities, behavioral health needs, and health, wellness, and leisure activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or other Human Service-related field
  • 2 years of experience working with the population served
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
