Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Camp Randall Stadium and Kohl Center.

Salary Range

$20-$24 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise dishwashers and maintain kitchen work areas in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Sweep and mop floors regularly to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
  • Operate large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
  • Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks, as well as all other food preparation surfaces.
  • Segregate and remove trash and garbage, placing it in designated containers.
  • Steam clean or hose out garbage cans in assigned areas.
  • Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other food preparation machines and equipment.
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, following safe lifting standards.
  • Assist with banquet table and front-of-the-house setup as requested.
  • Help load or unload and deliver supplies and product.
  • Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
  • Comply with all outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds.
  • Ability to speak English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Leadership skills.
