KHBB Law PLLC is a dynamic and innovative law firm in downtown Seattle, specializing in trusts and estates. We are currently seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join our team and support our attorneys in civil litigation matters.

About the Position

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, where no two days are the same. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, with at least 5 years of experience in managing complex cases and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support attorneys in preparing and filing pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
  • Coordinate document production, revisions, and finalization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court rules
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, outside counsel, and court staff through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prepare hearing notebooks and trial exhibits, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in a trust and estate litigation setting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $78,000-$88,000 per year, depending on experience. KHBB Law offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous 401(k) contribution, medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance, and a commuting subsidy.
