Position Summary:

Role of the Associate Director of Operations:
The Associate Director of Operations (ADOO) plays a vital role within the High School Leadership Team, ensuring the smooth daily functioning of the school. This position involves managing a small team and overseeing the effective execution of operational systems and routines. The ADOO will handle significant aspects of high school operations and long-term initiatives while addressing immediate school needs. Reporting directly to the High School Director of Operations, the ADOO's responsibilities include:
- Facilitating all facets of daily school operations;
- Acting as the primary contact for operational inquiries in the absence of the Director of Operations;
- Engaging actively in the School Leadership Team;
- Supervising 1-2 operations staff members, as directed by the Director of Operations, and ensuring successful project implementation;
- Overseeing high school-specific projects such as the HS Advisory Dashboard and SWIPE;
- Establishing daily coverage systems;
- Annually developing the academic schedule for the high school;
- Managing facilities to ensure they are safe, well-maintained, and meet the needs of students and staff;
- Undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Operations.

Compensation and Benefits:
