Position Overview:

The Healthcare Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the designated department or unit, ensuring that operations align with both departmental and organizational goals. This role may involve providing direct patient care as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Assist in identifying the requirements for systems, equipment, and supplies.
  • Monitor resource utilization and maintain equipment in proper working condition while ensuring sufficient supplies are available.
  • Evaluate the quality of care provided to patients.
  • Assess the needs of patients and their families, delivering patient-centered care.
  • Address and resolve complaints and conflicts effectively.

Education and Certification Requirements:

Additional Information:

This role requires critical thinking, effective communication, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment. A minimum of two years of nursing experience is required. Specific departmental credentials may be necessary based on the area of practice.
