Job Title: Sr. SAP Manager

Zero Motorcycles is seeking a highly experienced Sr. SAP Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA, PLM, Ariba, IBP, BTP, SAC, and DM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP configuration, business process design, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of SAP functional, configuration, and data experts to design, implement, and optimize SAP solutions.
  • Assess business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement cost-effective SAP solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end SAP change control and CCB approval process.
  • Ensure RCA is documented for each production incident.
  • Work closely with business leaders to optimize and streamline business processes.
  • Identify gaps in business processes and help prioritize improvements using Business Capability Matrix (BCM).
  • Manage and facilitate business user sessions to gather requirements and process information.
  • Ensure QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is done and documented before deploying changes in production.
  • Access user training requirements and ensure end users are getting appropriate training.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of hands-on SAP ERP functional and configuration experience in product manufacturing industry.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, configuration, implementation, and optimization in the manufacturing industry.
  • 10+ years of business process design and documentation experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing functional, configuration, and development teams.
  • Must have 4+ full life cycle SAP implementations and optimization experience.
  • Require deep SAP configuration expertise and understanding in multiple SAP products/modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, IBP BTP, PLM, Ariba, DM.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP applications integration and EDI.
  • Lead and facilitate business process design sessions.
  • Excellent skills in analyzing and implementing end-to-end complex business processes.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work independently with business heads and teams.
  • Able to work autonomously and consider cross-functional and upstream impacts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field.
  • SAP configuration certification in at least one module.

The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $190,000 depending on location and experience.
