We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Field Program Manager in Northern California.

This role is instrumental in creating a best-in-class staff experience for our Camp Directors and summer staff, which in turn creates an exceptional camp experience for our valued families.

The Field Program Manager will support camp operations and marketing across the region, working closely with our Area Director to develop camp operating plans for each managed site.

As a seasoned professional with a strong background in program management, you will be responsible for managing a team of Camp Directors, providing coaching and training, and ensuring that all logistics and operations run smoothly.

You will also serve as an escalation point for your team on issues or challenges they may face, assist in resolution, and balance customer care and program needs.

Additionally, you will be an ambassador for Galileo in Northern California, supporting marketing efforts to increase enrollment across the area, and fostering relationships with school site partners and customers.

With a minimum of 2 years of experience working with K-8 education and at least 3 years of management experience, you will have a proven track record of success in staff management, marketing, and community engagement.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively, and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
