Radiation Therapy Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiation Therapist to lead our team in providing exceptional patient care and services. As a Lead Radiation Therapist, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our radiation therapy department, ensuring that all staff members are properly trained and equipped to provide high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate shift operations, ensuring that all activities and resources are utilized efficiently.
- Assign, monitor, and review the progress of work, providing guidance and support to staff members as needed.
- Monitor and report compliance with policies and procedures, ensuring that all staff members are adhering to established standards.
- Oversee and evaluate the orientation and training of new staff members, ensuring that they are properly equipped to perform their duties.
- May provide input in the review and evaluation of staff performance, contributing to the development of a high-performing team.
- BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date.
- One or more of the following required: Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiation Therapy credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Radiation Therapist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience or Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience or 5 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
