Key Responsibilities- Perform Scheduled Maintenance Tasks: Conduct regular maintenance tasks such as gutter cleaning, window washing, and pressure washing to ensure properties are well-maintained and safe.
- Clean and Maintain Dryer Vents: Clean and inspect dryer vents to improve safety and efficiency, and to prevent potential fires.
- Test and Inspect Critical Systems: Test and inspect smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and other critical systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Conduct Exterior Property Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of exterior properties to identify potential maintenance issues and recommend solutions.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Maintain a professional appearance and communicate with customers in a friendly and courteous manner to ensure client satisfaction.
- Follow Safety Protocols: Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment and prevent accidents.
- Assist in Driving Customer Satisfaction: Assist in driving customer satisfaction and generating repeat business by providing excellent service and ensuring high-quality work.
- Experience in Property Maintenance: 1+ years of experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related field.
- Ability to Work Safely: Ability to work on ladders and rooftops comfortably and safely, and to lift equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Good Communication Skills: Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
