Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze comprehensive data to determine patient diagnoses and develop individualized care plans.
  • Advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are respected.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care and efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure patient safety and well-being through vigilant monitoring and prompt intervention.
Requirements
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start.
  • Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred.
  • 1 year of RN experience in an Acute Care environment.
  • BLS (AHA Healthcare provider) required prior to start.
  • NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • ACLS required within 6 months.
