Spaceflight Systems Coordinator

At Blue Origin, we're pushing the boundaries of space exploration and development. As a Spaceflight Systems Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and scheduling systems.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team. As a Spaceflight Systems Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating manufacturing activities, managing inventory, and ensuring that our systems are running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate manufacturing activities with cross-functional teams
  • Manage inventory and ensure accurate tracking
  • Develop and implement efficient scheduling systems
  • Collaborate with operations teams to resolve scheduling conflicts

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing or scheduling environment
  • Ability to earn trust and maintain positive relationships
  • U.S. citizenship or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with inventory and/or ERP/MRP systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Experience in both development and production environments
