We're seeking a seasoned Project Development Lead to join our Astec Industries team. As a key member of our Business Excellence team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization through strategic project management.

About the Job

The Project Development Lead will be responsible for creating and managing team and strategic schedules, coordinating with site GMs and Astec VPs, and identifying essential business reports needed to support strategic business models. You'll also manage the creation and prioritization of these reports, ensuring timely delivery and actionable insights for stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Business Reporting:
  • Identify and define key business metrics and reporting requirements.
  • Manage development and maintenance of comprehensive business reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Utilize data analytics to support strategic decision-making and performance monitoring.
  • Filter new report requirements and use the same reports across Astec.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field preferred with Oracle implementation experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in project management.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Proactive Problem Solver who demonstrates a proactive approach by effectively understanding various scenarios, asking insightful questions, and developing appropriate resolutions.
  • Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration and teamwork activities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Predicted Salary Range

$140,000 - $200,000 annually

Location: Chattanooga, TN or Remote (with consideration for flexible work arrangements)
