Job Overview

Super Soccer Stars is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of 2-5 Pre-School Coach. In this role, you will be responsible for coaching young children aged 2-5 under our crib-to-college player pathway program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver dynamic and engaging lesson plans that align with the Soccer Stars curriculum to help children improve their soccer skills, movement, and coordination.
  • Provide a supportive learning environment that encourages children to develop their self-confidence and communication skills.
  • Build positive relationships with children and ensure that all activities are fun, non-competitive, and safe.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience working with children aged 2-5 in a teaching environment
  • Passion for working with children
  • Strong teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly energetic, reliable, patient, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
  • Certified or willing to get certified with CPR and First Aid Qualifications
  • Ability to pass background check
