Job Overview

The Goddard School of Millburn is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pre-Kindergarten Teacher to lead a dynamic and engaging learning environment.

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for assigned subject areas.
  • Provide learning opportunities that foster curiosity, exploration, and critical thinking in students.
  • Establish a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive interactions among students.
  • Model respectful interactions with students from diverse backgrounds and respond to their individualized needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of teaching experience as a Pre-Kindergarten teacher.
  • Degree in education preferred.
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and preschool educational methods.
  • Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms.
  • Excellent communication and instructional skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $43,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year (based on years of experience and educational credentials)
