ID/A Program Supervisor, Lehigh Valley

Job Summary:
Access Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ID/A Program Supervisor to join our team in the Lehigh Valley region. As a key member of our In-Home and Community Supports team, you will be responsible for supervising a caseload of individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, providing support and guidance to Direct Support Professionals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that empower individuals to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a caseload of individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, providing support and guidance to Direct Support Professionals.
- Develop and implement individualized service plans that promote independence, self-advocacy, and community integration.
- Provide ongoing supervision and development of assigned Direct Support Professionals, promoting a coaching mindset and supporting their growth.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of individuals and their families.
- Represent the agency at the county level, building relationships with stakeholders and promoting the mission and values of Access Services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology, special education).
- Two years of supervisory experience in social services, preferably in the field of intellectual disability and autism.
- Valid driver's license, regular access to a reliable vehicle, and adequate car insurance.
- Two years of driving experience.
- No Driver's License suspensions in the last 48 months.
