Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health in Lehigh Valley. As an Associate Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base and contribute to a tight-knit team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation.
  • Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week.
  • Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with the team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Associate licenses (LAPC or LAMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
