Job Overview

Guardian Angel Senior Services, established with a mission to enhance the quality of life for seniors, is seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Scheduling Coordinator. This position plays a crucial part in ensuring that our clients receive the care they need through effective scheduling.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Position Type: Full-time, exempt

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate caregiver schedules based on their availability and the specific needs of clients.
  • Manage and communicate schedule changes promptly to all relevant parties.
  • Maintain accurate records of client and caregiver schedules, availability, and pertinent information.
  • Input new client and employee data into the company systems efficiently.
  • Track and update employee attendance records consistently.
  • Ensure schedule accuracy for payroll and billing purposes.
  • Perform additional related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be an organized multi-tasker with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative spirit. Proficiency in operating standard office equipment, including computers, multi-line phones, printers, and fax machines, is essential.

Experience in high-volume scheduling is mandatory, with a preference for candidates who have a background in home care scheduling.
