Job Description:
The Area (Dual Store) Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales performance, guest experience, operations, hiring, and talent development of their stores. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to execute company deliverables and processes.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Driving sales growth and profitability through effective selling, teamwork, and product knowledge
- Implementing engaging product selling and sampling strategies in-store and at sample carts
- Developing and executing business plans to meet company goals and objectives
- Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Building strong relationships with guests, team members, and stakeholders
- Conducting regular business reviews and providing actionable insights to drive improvement
