Job Description

Job Summary:

Huckberry is seeking a highly skilled Retention Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing our retention program end-to-end, from concept to deployment to performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Manage the retention program from concept to deployment, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of designers in weekly cycles to produce high-quality email campaigns and SMS messages.
  • Customer Insights: Pull customer insights, data, and seasonal merchandise to influence product marketing that meets the moment.
  • Channel Merchandising: Work cross-functionally to ensure channel merchandising balances both company initiatives and customer wants/needs.
  • Communication: Maintain communication with campaign managers and key stakeholders from planning to product launch.
  • Testing and Optimization: Work with the Retention Marketing Manager to implement opportunities to A/B test for optimization and to deepen customer relationships.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and create systems/processes to improve launch strategy and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in email marketing and/or digital merchandising.
  • Detail-Oriented: Extremely detail-oriented, with past project management experience a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Able to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with ESP – Klaviyo, Bluecore, and/or Attentive or other is a bonus.
  • Project Management Tools: Comfortable with working with project management tools (Airtable a plus).
  • Google Suite: Google Suite (primarily Google Docs and Sheets).
