Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and solve business problems using SQL, documenting and testing requirements, customer support, release note content, and training customers and stakeholders.
  • Work with our enterprise, industry, and/or dealer partners to analyze business questions and data to advance the Caterpillar service parts business.
  • Support digital projects that identify linkages and synergies across business units, industries, and/or dealers.
  • Help manage and organize information, dashboards, metrics, and other reports for team members to use with their partners.

Requirements:
  • Typically, four-year Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field.
  • Typically, 7+ years of job-related experience, generally in eBusiness, Digital Products, Digital Marketing, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or similar.
  • Knowledge of current digital capabilities and technologies to access information, be innovative, solve problems, communicate, participate, learn, and support others in digital spaces.
  • Strong attention to detail in order to spot inaccuracies in coding or data.
  • Proven communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to partner and build relationships across all levels of the organization from team members to executive management.
