In your role as a Subway Manager, your daily tasks will include:

  • Recruiting, training, and recognizing outstanding team members
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols, including adherence to local and national health and food safety regulations
  • Maintaining accurate business records
  • Supporting marketing initiatives at both local and national levels, ensuring the restaurant is prepared for new promotional campaigns
  • Guaranteeing that the restaurant is ready to provide excellent customer experiences

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various areas of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale systems. This role requires bending, standing, and walking throughout the workday. The ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally is necessary.
