The Role:

The Vice President of Finance will be instrumental in defining our financial strategy and operational framework to promote sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic outlook and a demonstrated history of financial stewardship within the SaaS industry, emphasizing scalability, efficiency, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and enhance financial strategies that align with the organization's objectives while managing financial risks.
  • Supervise all financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, financial planning, treasury, tax, legal compliance, and auditing.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team to ensure operational excellence.
  • Generate accurate, timely forecasting reports, financial statements, and cash flow analyses.
  • Drive the company's financial planning by evaluating its performance and identifying potential risks.
  • Maintain continuous awareness of the organization's financial health and proactively address any issues.
  • Oversee the finance-related IT systems and tools.
  • Ensure adherence to legal standards and company policies.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders and investors.
  • Investigate new investment avenues and offer insights on potential returns and risks.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize cost structures and enhance revenue generation.
  • Regularly communicate financial status and progress to the board and shareholders.
Qualifications:
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of corporate financial regulations and risk management practices.
  • Exceptional skills in data analysis and forecasting methodologies.
  • Proficient in MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP).
  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational capabilities; experience in empowering teams through data-driven approaches.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA) is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CFO, finance officer, or in a similar role, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment.
