Job Summary

Sealevel Construction is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on-time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Site Management: Lead site safety inspections, conduct weekly safety meetings with crews, and implement safety standards and quality assurance controls.
  • Cost Management: Review project costs, estimate expenses, and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Team Collaboration: Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues, and coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two to three years of project management experience, preferably in construction or a related field.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent computer skills, experience with Microsoft Project, and proficiency in using PDF files.
