Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Sea Level Construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and adhering to our company's safety program, setting up and operating welding equipment, and performing various welding tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and adhere to the company's safety program at all times.
  • Set up and operate welding machines for various welding processes.
  • Perform welding assignments for structural, pipe, and automatic welding projects.
  • Pass required welding tests according to AWS D1.1 standards.
  • Maintain high-quality welding that meets NDT testing procedures.
  • Operate hand tools, such as chipping hammers and grinders.
  • Work at heights using high-reach or man lifts when necessary.
  • Follow instructions with minimal supervision.
  • Examine work pieces for defects and measure them against specifications.
Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience in welding preferred.
  • Ability to pass 6GR welding certification.
  • Experience with reading prints is a plus.
